FilmRise holds a leading footprint across FAST and AVOD as well as a library of over 30,000 movies and episodes across genres including action, classic television, true crime, British, horror, holiday and many more.
As the Art Department, it is within our responsibilities to make sure FilmRise’s brand remains consistent across all platforms and channels, that the development of original key art is of the highest quality, and that all front-facing marketing materials showcase the best of our catalog in fresh and engaging ways.

With the launch of FilmRise’s Creator Program, creators’ content is curated and re-packaged for worldwide distribution as broadcast-ready television episodes. As a part of that effort, original key art and often title treatments are developed in-house by the Art Department with direction from the Creator Partnerships Department. It is a responsibility that I have spearheaded for a number of titles.

CrimeCon 2024
FilmRise presence at multiple annual trade shows is a pivotal aspect of increasing brand awareness. With FilmRise’s strong presence in the true crime genre, it’s presence at CrimeCon is to be expected. With such a strong overlap between CrimeCon’s attendees demographic and FilmRise True Crime’s fan demographics, it’s a great opportunity to increase awareness of the FilmRise brand, increase viewership, increase social media followers across all platforms, and launch any new FilmRise True Crime series.
In order to meaningfully achieve said goals, a strong booth identity, on-site digital and print collateral, and engaging interactive booth experiences are needed. Booth branding is developed in-house, each designer developing a pitch based off the marketing department’s brief. A pitch is selected and from there, the marketing and art departments work collaboratively to bring the vision to life every step of the way — from conception all the way to the finished product.
